Baby Goodies for Brandi

Baby Goodies for Brandi, originally uploaded by jezmynne.

Baby things I made for a dear friend, Brandi. A hat, some cute booties, and an edged softy fleece blankie.

Afghans

Two more I made – one for my Dad and one for my StepDad.  The blue one is for my Dad, and I made it out of a homespun big, giant rectangular granny square.  The burgundy one was for Jerry, and is a chenille ‘ghan in rows of dc with a few rounds of dc as a border.

Afghan for Corinne

Made this afghan for my sis for xmas. It’s essentially one big, giant square made out of this funky yarn I knew she’d love.

Afghan for Red

Afghan for Red, originally uploaded by jezmynne.

Made this for my nephew, Red. I did a ripple stitch using a worsted weight and a strand of some fuzzy yarn I got off freecycle. It turned out really nice, snuggly and warm. I made it twin size so he’ll have it for years.

Baby Blankies

I made a few more baby blankies for a craft fair at work.  They work up fast, make great gifts, and the microfleece stays soft for ages.
