Jez’s Creamy Italian Mess


  • ½ package of whole wheat pasta of your choice
  • 1 lb of Italian pork sausage
  • 2 16 ounce cans of Italian diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 1 tbls oregano
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil pasta al dente.  Cut cream cheese into chunks,  & mix with tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices.  Fry and drain pork sausage. Mix pasta, sauce, and sausage, pouring into a casserole.  Top with mozzarella.  Bake till the cheese is melted.
